We don't apply ready-made formulas. Each project, organization, and territory requires listening and its own solutions.
We work at different stages: from the initial idea to the management of established initiatives and the strengthening of community-based organizations.

Before proposing, we listen. We get to know the story of who is behind the project, their motivations and objectives. We dive into the territory, the cause, and the essence of the person or institution.
Based on this listening, we build the positioning of the institute or project: name, mission, identity, line of action, and even a necessary budget estimate. We plan the first actions and define priorities together.
We assemble the ideal team, format the projects (according to the territory, the audience, and fundraising possibilities), start the operation, and take care of daily management, with presence and close monitoring.
We develop customized fundraising strategies for each project, including incentive laws (federal, state, municipal), and direct partnerships with companies.
We monitor results, evaluate impacts, and plan the next steps together. Well-cared-for projects grow — and we want to grow with you.
We help communicate the project in a sensitive and strategic way, respecting the territory, the audiences involved, and the voice of those who are part of the transformation.

Profissional com mais de 20 anos de experiência em comunicação, com trajetória dedicada à criação e ao desenvolvimento de projetos de impacto social. Especialista em marketing de causas, jornalismo responsável e comunicação de impacto, atua na construção de estratégias que conectam propósito, reputação e mobilização. É cofundador e Diretor de Desenvolvimento Institucional da Fábrica Social, onde atua na criação, posicionamento e fortalecimento de organizações e iniciativas de impacto social.
